There are three primary face shapes:
Your face shape affects so many decisions about what to wear from your chest upwards– glasses and sun-glasses, jewellery, hair-styles and even necklines on tops and jumpers.
To determine your face shape, snap a shot of yourself from front on and another in profile. Do you see more angles and lines than curves?
Is your face longer than it is wide? Do you have sharp cheek bones? Is your jaw-line straight or curved?
It’s pretty straight forward: if you see more angles, you have an angular face shape. If you see more curves, your face shape is curved – and if you can’t make up your mind which there is more of, you probably have a combination face shape.
Claire offers online Face Shape Consultations – simply send her a photo of yourself from the front and in profile, and she’ll send you an outline of what you should keep in mind when picking a new hairstyle or glasses, buying earrings or a necklace – as well as advice about the best necklines for you.
